Magnólia Method Launches Online Training Course in collaboration with LMK Dance School
The ‘Healthy Inclusion Through Art’ project continues to make strides in promoting social inclusion and mental health awareness among young people across Europe. The project has gained traction through dissemination activities hosted by Asociação Magnólia Method, our partner in Portugal.
Over the past few months, the team have made significant connections, thanks to their planning and dedication, as well as active participation from their key stakeholders. Here is a look at some of their most recent events in the greater Lisbon area. Magnólia Method launched the Online Training Course on 15 February at an afternoon event at LMK Dance School, in Odivelas (Lisbon). They had a record 33 inscriptions. Attendees engaged with the facilitators in two interactive workshops: “Embrace Conflict”, using theatre and improv techniques “Small Pieces of Us”, an art therapy exercise.
We maintain participants’ active engagement with the course material, by providing online Q&A sessions, webinars with our experts, and in-person events. To give exposure to this project, multiplier events publicise and disseminate the objectives to stakeholders. Four such events have already taken place in Portugal, including project presentation meetings at Torres Vedras City Hall, LMK Dance School, Beato CreativeHub, and Externato Educação Popular (local public school).
