Magnólia Method Celebrates Inclusion and Art in its 4th Annual Event

On 6 April, Magnólia Method continued disseminating the Healthy Inclusion Through Art project with an intimate event with our OTC participants and special guests and stakeholders at Beato CreativeHub in downtown Lisbon, Portugal. Combining its 4th annual Liberdade Para Ser event, everyone gathered for brunch and an afternoon dedicated to exploring what it means to be a courageous and authentic leader, celebrating the freedom to express oneself, to be creative, and to to experience inclusion through art. Each year Liberdade Para Ser reaffirms that art is freedom: art includes, art loves, art connects, art embraces, and art heals.

The event featured a discussion on vulnerability in leadership, as well as a creative workshop with João Pina, a paraplegic artist, who uses painting, music, and artistic expression to foster creativity within an environment of inclusion and freedom. The afternoon concluded with LMK Dance School’s performance, serving as a powerful reminder of art’s ability to unite and inspire.

There is a commitment to continue the journey of experimenting and sharing art as a powerful tool for inclusion. Attendees and participants are encouraged to follow the project site, social media accounts, and to check for updates and news about the International Seminar to be held in March of 2026, hosted by Magnólia Method.

For now, we will continue our learning path by providing the Portuguese OTC participants with more webinars hosted by our experts, as well as in-person art workshops.
