Mid-term Coordination Meeting in Leiden — Netherlands

Stichting Go-Woman Alliance Europe Organization (GWAEU), in the framework of the European project Erasmus+ “Healthy Inclusion through Art”, which is funded by the Erasmus+ programme in the field of Youth,  had the pleasure of hosting in Leiden the fellow project partners from April 9–11, 2025. These partners included Asociación Iniciativa Internacional Joven (Spain), Stichting Go-Woman Alliance Europe (Netherlands), MetaINTELLIGENZE (Italy), Associaçao Magnolia Method (Portugal), St. Michael’s Youth Project Limited/CORE Youth Service (Ireland) and Association of family members and people with mental health problems – AFENES (Spain).

The main objectives of the meeting were the evaluation of project progress, its activities and the tasks that have been completed by each organization. This was done in accordance with the guidelines exposed in the Quality, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and Risk Prevention Plan to ensure the achievement of the expected results. Moreover, this meeting allowed partners to plan and coordinate the second year of project implementation and the remaining activities of each phase. One of the most important tasks discussed was the appropriate supervision of the online training course development that youth workers were conducting. The team’s good practice allowed a large number of participants to successfully complete the course by the end of last month.

During the face-to-face meeting, professionals and experts from the different organizations were able to share a work space where they could enhance team cohesion, which is fundamental for the achievement of the common objective of this project, “Promoting social inclusion of young people who suffer from mental health problems through a methodology based on the development of talents and artistic interests”.
